Returns

At Reaper Styles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, like-new condition merchandise  and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 60 days of receipt.

Refunds

Eligible refunds made within 60 days after receipt will be credited for the item’s purchase price in the original form of payment. Any other return/exchange will fall under the Reaper Styles Guarantee policy for merchandise credit or merchandise swap.

Preorders

If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship when that item becomes available. Once available, it will ship using the method purchased. If you would like to split the order, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

How to Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at customerservice@reaperstyles.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return form provided by Customer Service.
  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by Customer Service using a trackable shipping method. Reaper Styles is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures that you receive your replacement item quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
